Darragh O Sullivan FCCA

 

Darragh is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Managing Partner at O'Sullivan Scanlon Brazil since 2007. Darragh specialises in audit, financial and management accounting advising clients ranging from owner managed businesses to larger companies. His experience includes the preparation of business plans and financial forecasts, assisting in the raising of finance and the preparation of management accounts incorporating business trends and analysis.  

Before becoming a founding partner in O’ Sullivan Scanlon Brazil, Darragh completed his training at Pat Lynch & Co before spending 6 years as a senior in MK Brazil & Co where he specialised in the areas of audit and management accounting. Darragh combines 20 years experience with his business knowledge in a wide array of business sectors including food and retail, construction, manufacturing, agribusiness and the services sector.  Darragh’s clients value his can-do attitude and hardworking demeanour as well as his accessibility and friendly attitude.  Outside of the office, Darragh has a keen interest in GAA and is involved with Waterford teams at an underage level as well as being heavily involved in his own club, Ballygunner GAA where he served for many years as a player. Email darraghosullivan@ossb.ie

Ronan Brazil ACA QFA

 

An Associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland and in practice since 2001, Ronan gained invaluable experience in his years working in Banking, Accountancy and Investment business and adds a dynamic dimension to our firm. Ronan and his family are synonymous with Accountancy in Waterford with his grandfather Matthew Kevin Brazil and his father Donie Brazil the founding partners of MK Brazil. This firm was owned and run by his family from 1938 to the late 1990’s.

 

 

Ronan is also a Qualified Financial Advisor and combines this experience alongside his professional accountancy qualification to provide clients with valued expertise and assistance in all aspects of services provided by the firm, but with an emphasis on Audit,  Charities, Financial Services, Food and Retail and Start-up companies.  Ronan is involved in a number of voluntary organisations, including Treasurer of Waterford Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of Waterford Rotary Club and on the Finance Committee of Waterford Harvest Festival.Ronan is a keen sailor and also enjoys tennis, rugby and skiing when not looking after his house full of women (4 girls)! Email ronanbrazil@ossb.ie
